The Craigellachie Hotel is the oldest whisky hotel in the world, dating back to 1703. This beautiful and historic hotel nestles in the magical, wild valley of Speyside and is a warm, relaxed haven at the very heart of malt whisky creation.

For the first time, experience the expertise, warmth and hospitality of the world-renowned Craigellachie in the heart of London.

‘The oldest, greatest whisky hotel in the world.’

Conde Nast Traveller

‘This place sits smack bang in the middle of whisky country in Craigellachie, a mere totter away from the Spey. The true joy is the all-important mixture of locals and visitors…and the menu makes the very best of all that Scottish produce.’

Food writer, Tom Parker Bowles, Condé Nast Traveller UK’s favourite country pubs

Housed in a stunning Grade II, Spey Bar showcases over 100 whiskies, from the traditional dram to distinctive whisky pairings with herbs, botanicals and fruits. Our signature cocktail list features a playful take on Scottish favourites, like the Highland Blossom or the Bonnie Lass, alongside the classics, such as Old Fashioned, Amaretto Sour and Espresso Martini.

Speyside is considered as Scotland’s larder due to the rich and varied landscape of food and drink from the region, and this has been reflected in our accompanying food menu that showcases Scottish delicacies. Dishes include Fresh Oysters; Mini Lobster Rolls; Haggis Scotch Egg; Coln Valley Smoked Salmon; Cullen Skink Croquettes; and Smoked duck breast with beetroot, orange dressing and toasted soda bread.
